PAUSE Close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose, Filling your lungs with air.  Hold the breath for a few seconds,  And then release it slowly through your mouth, Letting go of any tension or stress that you may be holding in your body. PAUSE… As you continue to breathe deeply,  Imagine that you are standing at the threshold of a great and ancient door.  This door is the gateway to your higher self, To the part of you that knows your deepest truths And holds the key to your greatest potential. PAUSE… See yourself reaching out to turn the handle of the door.  As you do,  Feel a rush of energy and excitement flowing through you,  As if you are about to embark on a great adventure. PAUSE… Slowly push the door open,  And step through into a space of pure light and love.  You are surrounded by a warm and gentle glow, And you feel safe and protected. PAUSE… As you stand here,  Bathed in the light of your higher self,  Take a moment to reflect on what you most deeply desire.  PAUSE… What are your dreams, Your hopes, Your aspirations?  What do you long to create in this world? PAUSE… As you hold these thoughts in your mind,  Feel them resonate with the light around you,  As if they are being amplified and magnified. PAUSE… Now, imagine that you are reaching up to touch the sky above you.  As your hand rises higher and higher,  It begins to glow with a brilliant light,  And you feel a surge of power and energy coursing through your body. PAUSE… With each breath you take, this light grows stronger and brighter, Until it fills the entire space around you.  You are at the center of a radiant sphere of energy,  And you feel invincible, unstoppable. PAUSE… In this space of pure potential,  You are free to imagine,  To dream, To create.  You are limitless, infinite, and eternal.
