Today's podcast guest is Lisa Bridge, CEO and President of Ben Bridge Jeweler out of Seattle, Washington.  She has held this position for almost the past 3 years, while being with the company for 13 years.  Her great grandfather, Ben Bridge, acquired the company from his father-in-law (Sam Silverman) back in the early 1900's who originally saw a need for pocket watch repairs and certification for the railroad engineers.  This opportunity led them to the end of the tracks to the WEST in Seattle, where the family run business continues to excel.
