Give Credit to Others.

Today I have the pleasure of interviewing my dear friend, Kathy Roche. Kathy is the Director of Meeting Planning, Travel & Events at Western & Southern Financial Group.  Some essential take-aways: Give Credit to others. Be unselfish. Don't take anything for granted. Get up in the morning and be grateful and positive. Love what you do. Be okay with saying no if it is not going to benefit you personally or professionally. Improve yourself while also improving the team that you lead.
