DEI has placed an asterisk on achievements

DEI has undoubtedly not only caused a great deal of resentment in the workplace, but has also diminished the credibility of some recent hires. Medium to longterm, no one has benefitted from this deceptive policy. Ultimately it results in services and products not being optimized, business performance decline, loss of professional credibility and the further diminishment of the individuals confidence and career opportunities. This intern has a negative effect on mental health.
