Are you looking for a property to rent?

There are many things to consider before renting a new home; who is the landlord? How long is the lease? Is it furnished? These are the questions that you need to ask when deciding if the property itself is right for you.

You also need to make sure you’ve done your research when it comes to the local area, what amenities are nearby? What are the schools like? How convenient are the transport links? etc.
