Over the summer movies were being released, some with high box office returns and some suffered by digital release strategies as well. With the release of Marvel’s Shang-Chi setting a new Labor day weekend record, will movies still continue to move to 2022 or will they stay in 2021 and run the chance of not making the potential money they can make outside of a pandemic?
