On July 1 local time, HYBE America announced that Scooter Braun, who has headed the U.S.-based subsidiary for five years, would be stepping down from his role as CEO. Braun will instead be transitioning into an executive advisory role, in which he will remain on HYBE’s Board of Directors and serve as a senior advisor to HYBE’s chairman Bang Si Hyuk and CEO Lee Jae Sang. Isaac Lee, who has served as chairman of HYBE Latin America since November 2023, will be taking over as chairman and CEO of HYBE Americas.
