This Meditation begins with the first chapter in the Holy Quran, Al-Fateha, in Arabic.  Al-Fateha means "The Opener", containing seven verses, which translate to:In the name of God, the infinitely Compassionate and Merciful.Praise be to God, Lord of all the worlds. The Compassionate, the Merciful. Ruler on the Day of Reckoning. You alone do we worship, and You alone do we ask for help.Guide us on the straight path, the path of those who have received your grace;not the path of those who have brought down wrath, nor of those who wander astray.Amen.  The aim of this meditation is to guide you out of over-thinking into a state presence.  It starts by bringing your awareness to your breath, and with continuous practice, into a state of surrender.  Towards the end, you are guided to meditate on the 56th Healing Attribute of Allah, Al-Hameed, the All-praiseworthy, providing a brief description of the Divine Name.  Feel free to continue repeating the name, and reflecting on how He is the All-Praiseworthy and what you are grateful to Him for.
