Andreas Caminada was born in Ilanz 1977 and is a Swiss chef and gastronomic entrepreneur. Since 2003, Caminada is leaseholder at Schloss Schauenstein in Fürstenau, Grison, which offers a fine dining restaurant as well as 9 guestrooms and suites. Caminada had been awarded with 3 Michelin stars and 19 Gault Millau points by the age of 34 in 2010.
