I woke up with you on my lips. So I spoke you. You were on fire when I saw you. So I ran after you so I could join you in flames and place a ring on your finger so we could finally dematerialize in love. Yes, no, truly. Hello, I’m here. Hello I love you. You told me a few promises I must provide, right before we left you said: “ Speak to me clearly. You must kiss me solid – and pull the wind right out of me. One picture must be taken each year. It will be on Christmas. Not because of anybody’s birth but because you look best on Christmas morning. You look better every day. You must promise to follow me even if we become unconscious, I will promise you we will be right back. You must read me to sleep each night, the beautiful things, even if you only thought them once.      If you and I could have kids together we’d be in charge of Angels; which would make us archangels, which would make you mine.         \2 --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/nakedpoetry/support
