Today Rob is joined on the first episode of Frontline Mindset by Firefighter Ernie Young of the Gunnnison Volunteer Fire Department in Gunnison Colorado. Ernie sits down on Episode 1 to talk about what being a Gunnison Firefighter requires in a district that encompasses over 2,000 square miles. When Ernie is not volunteering, he keeps busy as the Western Region Sales Manager for Rosenbauer. He hits on his experience not only in sales, but as an aerial specialist, and walks us through what that position does for the customer.
