Delighted to announce the next guest 🙌  Liz ( Day ) Loly -  How Neurodiverse children have taught me so much.    As a trainee PE teacher, Liz became interested in dyspraxia and chose to do an assignment about what it is, the effects of it and how to help a child overcome some of the challenges. Then in her first teaching job, she taught a dyslexic boy who she thought was so inspiring and positive in the way he coped with his difficulties.   However, on the first parents evening when Liz said this to his parents, they explained that he regularly cried because he thought he was stupid.  This developed a passion for ensuring that people with dyslexia and other nuerodiversities knew their strengths rather than being held back by the challenges.   Liz then went on to have her own delightfully dyslexic son who amazes her and inspires her all the time with his different way of thinking and empathy.   My aim is to educate, inspire and motivate people to see a different side to Neurodiversty 💙    Please like , share and subscribe for more podcasts  🙌   If you would like to appear on one of my Neurodiversity Stories then please contact me on: [email protected]     Also follow us on:   Instagram Neurodiversity_stories     LinkedIn @neurodiversity Stories    Facebook @ neurodiversity Stories    A massive thank you to our host Darren Clark who is a Global Neurodiversity Consultant 🌍    For more information please click on the link: https://www.globalspldconsultant.com  I hope you enjoy our stories and please subscribe to see more.
