The report from the Royal Commission inquiry into abuse in care has finally been released, after almost six years and evidence from nearly two and a half thousand of survivors. The document, which is 3 thousand pages long, outlines the abuse, which the prime Minister has already described as “horrific and harrowing” and includes recommendations for what needs to be done now.
