Breaking: New government - the coalition deal

The incoming Prime Minister has laid out the details of the coalition deal reached with Act and New Zealand First. He shared the details of the policy negotiations - what is in and what is out - and some of the main Cabinet positions, including a sharing of the position of Deputy leader - with Winston Peters taking the first turn.
