Breaking: NZ Rugby reform plans rejected by the provinces

Provincial Unions have rejected New Zealand Rugby's governance change proposal that would have seen the organisation led by more corporate experts. The scene has now been set for greater divisions as the Player's Association, which represents the All Blacks among others, has threatened to break away if there was no change.
