Tory Whanau responds after Govt appoints Crown observer

Local Government Minister Simeon Brown has announced he intends to appoint a Crown observer to the Wellington City Council following its decision to reopen its Long-Term Plan. Wellington Mayor Tory Whanau addressed media with her response.
