Chris Louis is promoter of 2023 KO Cup Winners and Grand Finalists the Ipswich Witches, and Danny Ford is co promoter of the Poole Pirates, both represent 50% of the BSPL Board responsible for the direction of British Speedway. 2024 sees a marked change in youth development with all teams required to offer one of 3 options to aid the next generation of speedway talent.
