In this episode, Brian Gubernick discusses how to become a better leader and how to identify leaders in your organization.   In Sam Walker's book, The Captain Class, through analyzing and studying sports teams, Walker discovered that the individual that you would typically suspect to be the team's captain was not always the captain of the team.
