081: Gender 2 (with Henea De Savy)

As we continue to have curious conversations we have seen how the queer community are teaching us to be curious about something that we take for granted every day: gender. We believe that society has a rigid and limited view on gender. This is NOT a political conviction or something that we are "aligning with" because it's "trendy". We truly believe that curiosity is a vital element to us thriving as humans (individually and collectively). This week we are SO PROUD to present our interview with Henea who- identifies as transgender. This is the second episode in a series on gender that we hope continue to explore as we move forward as a podcast. We can debate certain topics philosophically...there is a time and a place for that. But we also believe that listening to people's stories may be one of the most productive things that we can do as people who are learning to care for and see each other.
