Becoming a Music Photographer with Jessie Morgan and Harriet Brown - Noisy Women The Podcast

Jessie and Harriet are two extremely talented music and portrait photographers living and creating across the UK.  Jessie is most known for her work with Orchards and Emily Burns, with Harriet working closely alongside Black Honey for many years.  My path first crossed with Harriet in 2017 at Boardmasters Festival, I avidly followed her online before we finally met for coffee in January 2019.  I’ve watched her grow and develop as a creative and she has always been there for me as an older creative sister as it were.  Jessie and I became friends through Instagram I believe, meeting properly at Reading in 2019 for the first time.  I adore Jessie’s style of work, her creative drive and like me she is still studying her undergraduate degree.  This was a wonderful episode to record, we rented a little studio and chatted away for an hour before heading our separate ways, showing that you don’t need to stay in regular contact with those you love, sometimes an hour catch up is perfect.
