Broadcasting for The BBC and Pinch me Moments with Abbie McCarthy - Noisy Women The Podcast

Abbie and I have a mutual friend, the delightful Sarah Gosling from BBC Devon and Introducing in the South West.  Abbie is someone who I have quietly admired from afar for a few years now, I adore her drive and passion for the music industry, but not only that, her various avenues to her job and her hard working attitude.  Abbie McCarthy is a Radio and TV Presenter, hosting shows on BBC Radio 1, BBC Introducing in Kent, as well as BBC Sport. Abbie founded Good Karma Club, a monthly gig night at The Sebright Arms in London, which has led to tours around the country and a stage at SXSW in Texas, USA, featuring some of the best up and coming artists.  This episode felt really special to record, Abbie and I had such a delightful time recording and we chatted for nearly two hours.  I was surprised we had never crossed paths before now.  Definitely have a listen if a career in Radio or Broadcasting is up your street.
