Kotipizza is the largest pizza chain in the Nordics with approximately 290 restaurants in Finland. Almost 99% of Finnish people know or have been to Kotipizza. In this episode, I interview Anna Rahikainen who is a sustainability manager at Kotipizza about different aspects of their sustainability, such as whether they should make a plant-based cheese the default option on their pizzas.
