How will I know when I am in Labour?   We are asked this question all the time and so we decided to share our thoughts and knowledge from our work with women and education.  I know it can create a feeling of uncertainty at the end stage of pregnancy and we hope this episode helps to bring more clarity and relief.  Please know we are sharing from our own knowledge not with medical advice, we hope this helps you to have confident conversations with your care givers, partners, families, we are not medical professionals and we really support you to communicate with your medical care team.
