Throughout history, God has always leveraged famines to wake people up. This Sunday, Pastor Mark Francey gives a different perspective on the story of the prodigal son in Luke 15. It was the famine that brought home both sons, because there is no famine in the Father’s house. There is something we find in our purpose when we come home to God. God’s house is where our dreams come alive. We live in an upside down Kingdom; society broadcasts, the more you aspire for freedom the more in bondage you become, but the more you surrender your life to Jesus the freer you live.
