oddschecker Betting Show - A podcast by oddschecker

George Elek is once again joined by Andy Holding to preview day two of the July Festival at Newmarket. The guys jump straight into the second race on the card, the bet365 Heritage Handicap. 12 runners are lined up for this one as it stands with New London the 10/3 favourite. Andy gives us his tale of woe having backed New London last time out but thinks he could improve here especially with the draw.Next up on the card is the Duke Of Cambridge Stakes. A trappy looking race Maylandsea and Mawj head the betting. Lezoo is just behind at 11/4 and Andy thinks he could produce another good performance after winning last time out under Frankie Dettori. The Bet365 Trophy takes place at 3pm and it's a wide open looking content with 16 entered. Candleford is 7/2 best price at the time of writing and Andy is a 'massive fan' of him.At 3.35 it's all about Inspiral. She's currently a 2/11 shot to make it five from five with Frankie Dettori on board in the Falmouth Stakes. A lap of honour? Andy thinks so.For the last two races on the card Andy is keen on Nizaaka and Celsius at current prices of 11/4 and 9/1 respectively. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
