City deliver sparkling display to top Group A | City 2-1 PSG

There have been some special nights at the Etihad Stadium and Wednesday was right up there. Two of the best teams in world football going head-to-head and it was City who came out on top, beating PSG 2-1. It was a richly deserved victory. The win means we top the group. It’s the fifth straight season we have done so and the ninth season on the bounce we’ve qualified for the last 16. The stats show we out-passed and outran PSG – and we were certainly more organised and inventive. It was a fantastic performance.
