Ep 13: Shutdowns and Coming to Terms With Some of My Sensory Limitations

Our trip to Universal Studios finally happened yesterday and oh boy, did I ever go into a big fat shutdown today on our drive home. Ugh. Also realizing what I thought was anxiety all these years may at some moments actually be sensory overstimulation.
