are gluten allergies real?

growing up, i used to think of allergies as very black and white, meaning they were either mild or severe, you were either experiencing coughing, itching or sneezing or going into anaphylactic shock … and there was no in betweenwell, guess what… i am now living in the in between, because i have a gluten sensitivity. so  if any of you are like me, and have been skeptical of allergies from a young age well then i lay out my thoughts on my recent diagnosis, share why i think the universe is serving me karma and how i anticipate my lifestyle changing with a gluten free diet
