Thank you!**Today I share some coping methods on how I process my emotions. I've had a lot of things happen recently that could have turned on my depression again but with these coping skills and months of practicing them, I was able to cope through a lot of the emotional turmoil. A big message that I want to convey is "Don't be afraid of your emotions". They exist to help us be aware of our surroundings and ourselves. Emotions are what makes our lives real and worth living. Once we understand our emotions, we must practice gratitude for them. Being grateful for being alive and for ourselves is very hard to do, however, it's not impossible. Gratitude allows us to be truly happy for what we have and what we can have. Website: https://www.onceuponamentalcrisis.com/IG: @oumc_podcast--- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app
