Episode 29 - Operations and finance working together become unstoppable

In this episode I interview my friend and colleague Brian Smart, he is one hell of an operations manager. He's trained to deal with how challenging change can be and has learnt how important it is for operations and finance to build the best of relationships.  The fact is, working together operations and finance can accomplish things that they simply wouldn't have been able to do without that collaboration. Brian and I advocate for exactly this every day.   First and foremost communication is key. It's all about opening up that two way street and together the teams can drive the strategic vision of the company and produce excellent bottom line net profit.
