Episode 6 - How to reduce your cost of sales

In this episode I talk about generating more gross profit (GP = sales - cost of sales) by reducing your cost of sales. Every 1% reduction counts.  This is the second episode specifically related to reducing costs. If you sell services or products (or both) I ask you to consider a number of factors. Simple straightforward tactics to employ with the sole aim of reducing what it costs you to provide your service or goods/products to the world. At the very least to identify and control the costs.
