Nobody Will Force Me to Muzzle My Pitbull

On this episode we heard about a pitbull dog that's allowed roam free, without a muzzle or lead, in a Dublin park. This animal is a threat to other dogs, according to it's owner!! Why do so many owners of 'restricted breed' dogs not muzzle them??
