Sweeping security agreement grants US military unimpeded access to key Papua New Guinea defence facilities

The United States military has been given "unimpeded access" to key PNG defence facilities, including the joint PNG-Australia Lombrum Naval Base on Manus Island, as part of a sweeping Defence Cooperation Agreement.  And a migration agent is "pleading" with the Department of Home Affairs to refund the cost of her New Zealand clients' permanent resident visas.
