We also discuss the mysterious and frightening figure of Dagon, and how he might figure into the plot to poison the Maer. We float the idea that Caudicus planted a bug on Kvothe, which is how he gives the Maer’s people the slip. We talk about how the Maer may rely on ceremony to enforce his will.
