What is the heroic aspect of parenting Dr. Reedy discusses in his book? What are the things parents can do to reduce or inoculate their children from anxiety and stress? What roles do “parent shame” and “guilt” play into parenting? Should parents filter the feelings they share with their children? What is the most common mistake new parents (or parents) make? How do you account for the rise in anxiety, depression, self-harm, and suicide in today’s youth?
