Q&A Tuesday: A listener asks "How do I accept my body with my heart (and not just intellectually)? In some ways, the invitation here is to go all the way, at least it has been for me. Notice those harsh criticisms, and allow them to live. Spend time with the body, and the judgment, and question, question, question. Who are we without our thoughts?  When we notice judgment of something, someone, anything...the tone is harsh, cutting, edgy, boundary-setting.  To question our thoughts becomes a fascinating investigation. We're curious. We see how the tone has fear contained in it, or anger, or worry. It's being protective, expressing concern.  When we notice this clearly with our thoughts and minds, and yet don't feel it in our bodies and hearts, what's happening there?  I love this inquirers question "How do I get there?" How do I really love what I'm seeing? I love seeing we are the heart itself.
