Dr. Ken Thai, CEO of 986 Pharmacy and Past President of the California Pharmacists Association (CPHA). He is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at USC School of Pharmacy and Western University of Health Sciences teaching students on entrepreneurship. He has over 20 years of pharmacy experience in independent pharmacy setting, out-patient pharmacy as well as long term care. Dr. Thai currently owns and operates multiple independent pharmacies specializing in retail, long term care, compounding, infusion, and specialty throughout Southern California and Nevada.   California Pharmacists Association (CPHA) is the largest state association representing the pharmacy profession in all practice settings.
