She holds expertise in the areas of active ageing, outdoor exercise equipment for older people, physical activity, falls prevention for older people. Current research focuses on active ageing and age friendly communities through community and local governments engagement. Leads the ENJOY trial (Exercise interveNtion outdoor proJect in the cOmmunitY) with the aim to develop a sustained outdoor physical activity program for older people to improve their health and wellbeing.
