Tony and Grammy Award winning writers Steven Sater and Duncan Sheik join Joe to discuss the genesis of their iconic musical Spring Awakening. They explain how they adapted Frank Wedekind's 19th century expressionist play into a musical that won eight Tonys, four Drama Desk Awards, four Oliviers and a Grammy.
