89. A Rare Cancer Diagnosis, Emotional Healing, and A Year of Grounding

She met and married the love of her life, they were settling in to a new city, she was building her career and working on her personal growth, then came the blow of the century. Diagnosed with a form of cancer so rare her initial oncologist wouldn't even treat her. After being diagnosed with Burkitt lymphoma, she started chemotherapy within 48 hours and spent 21 straight days in the hospital. She has just started a new teaching job, Abby had also recently stepped into a leadership role with the youth at her church and now she had to not only lead herself down this path, but was setting an example of faith for all of these kids through her leadership. I have loved watching Abby through this season. Barely 30 years old she speaks with wisdom and grace. An enneagram type 2, she is also learning how to focus on her well-being and health. I could fill a book with the takeaways she shares. I hope you enjoy this as much as I did recording it.
