Innovation in the Workplace: Keeping motivations high across the organization at Asiacell

We explore how, with the help of Workplace from Meta, Asiacell has been able to launch an innovation programme that not only encourages employees to share ideas, but allows these employee ideas to be seen by the C-Suite within the organization, and ultimately be implemented quicker.
