Player leads a party of five from Missouri to Oregon. Manage supplies, hunt for food. Cross rivers, face illnesses. Make decisions: which path to take, when to rest. Random events: broken wagon wheels, snakebites. Goal: reach Oregon alive, high score. Developed by Don Rawitsch, Bill Heinemann, Paul Dillenberger.
