Principles are a nice ADDITION to the body of knowledge but it does NOT negate the importance of processes and practices which is why 2/3 of the 7th edition is rooted in practices, models, methods, artifacts and domains (which are also process-heavy). Here is why I say that....and we can agree to respectfully disagree. "shifting" is very poor choice of language. There's definitely a better way! I would rather have said, we are "EXPANDING" or enriching or improving.
