The World War Kaiju Team talk with Kyle about creating their independent Kaiju graphic novel and their plans for future world domination! This episode features an interview with Josh Finney, Patrick McEvoy and Kat Rocha. The team behind World War Kaiju, a fantastic independently produced graphic novel that was successfully funded through Kickstarter last year. The book is a revisionist historical tale that explores what would have happened in World War II if the US hadn’t dropped an H-bomb on Japan, but had unleashed a kaiju instead. It really is a fantastic read with a lot of charming nods to the tokusatsu films we know and love! We talked about how the team met and started working together, the creation of this graphic novel and their upcoming plans for continuing the story. I really hope the listeners have an opportunity to check out this book! Make sure to check out the links in the show notes for their newest Kickstarter campaign too!
