In this bonus episode, I chat with Chris & Ben from Pastore Brewing & Blending and Lee from Brew York as part of their collaboration brew day. The guys from Pastore travelled North to collaborate on their now released Berliner Weisse, Papaya Don't Preach, made using papaya, lemongrass and ginger. As part of this special episode we discuss all things sour including the current nationwide demand for them, the increase in production costs and how the idea for this collaboration was formulated. This episode was recorded on site at Brew York's new brewery site at Handley Park which Nadia from their social media team kindly showed me around and invited me to their lunchtime barbecue afterwards!
