Twilight - The CGI Baby is Wack

Happy week two of YA month here at Popcorn Chats! This week, Katie and Michae talk about the franchise that took the teenage girl world by storm, Twilight. They talk about their earliest memories of the franchise, including Katie’s most memorable movie going experience of Breaking Dawn Part 2. They also praise the best thing to come out of the franchise: the soundtracks. There is however a high level of cringe in these films, which Katie and Michae do not shy away from discussing so “Twi-hards” beware! They share where they land on the Team Edward vs Team Jacob debate, discuss what made this vampire/werewolf franchise so popular and successful, and why splitting the last book into two movies is “blasphemous” according to Katie.And once again, Michae manages to slip in an Adam Driver reference, and you won’t want to miss Katie’s rant about styrofoam cups.
