Episode 20 features Ted Kramer, the President and CEO of Hammond Kennedy Whitney. Ted joined HKW in 2001 and has led the sourcing activities of the firm since 2002. In 2014, Ted’s role shifted as he was appointed President of HKW. In August of 2015, Ted assumed the position of President & CEO of HKW. Ted works on sourcing new investment opportunities for HKW, as well as running the day-to-day operations of the firm. Prior to HKW, Ted was an Investment Manager at White River Venture Partners, a venture capital fund based in Indianapolis. Ted also worked for Arthur Andersen, LLP in the business consulting group. Prior to his business career, Ted played professional hockey across North America. Ted earned his MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. Ted and his wife Lynn live in Carmel with their daughter and son.
