He learned hard core Sales and successfully sold 1.5 Mio IT Project only via phone. Ersin also worked for 12 years as Management Consultant at EY (Ernst & Young), with a focus on strategic IT Transformation Programs. He did projects for companies like Novartis, Volkswagen, Lufthansa & Qiagen. During this time he learned how to make change happen.
