#121: Three Simple Steps to Cope Better When Things Go Wrong on the Farm

Once she makes herself feel useless, then she second guesses herself - like, 'why do it when it probably won't work out anyway.' This makes her feel overwhelmed. Which results in more struggle and feeling stuck. Not moving ahead on the money making activities. And not making a profit. This kind of thinking happens to a lot of farmers and if you don't figure out how to turn it around, most people decide to throw in the towel and quit eventually. They decide it's too miserable to live long-term in overwhelm and feeling like things aren't working.
