Initially trained as a Scientist, she transitioned to work with Morgan Stanley and moved on to Goldman Sachs as an Executive Director working with High Net Worth clients and she discusses the events that led to her transitioning full time into Property Entrepreneurship. She is now the CEO of Axion Property Partners, PropElle Network, the Black Property Network and has also become the Strategic Director for a Crowdfunding platform LEO which connects Property Developers and Investors with the aim of raising equity for development projects, She is a really forthright and engaging personality with very clearly thought out ideas which she shares on this episode as she tells her journey about how she got into property and the amazing path it’s led her on. Ayesha has numerous awards she has acquired during her journey, such as the winner of the 2019 Women of the Future award, Managements today 35 women under 35, 30 of UK’s most aspiring entrepreneurs etc and is well recognised for her contribution in UK Real Estate.
